Who are you?
Pierre Jannez is a Senior Lean IT Coach specializing in improving the performance of IT teams using the Toyota Way and the Toyota Production System applied to information technology. He became interested in agile practices in 2001, and deployed them for 10 years at Nokia within the French development team. He discovered Lean in 2008. The first applications of the Toyota Production System produced immediate results, with significant improvements in quality and lead times. Since 2010, he has dedicated is work to the understanding of lean principles and how to apply them in different areas of information technology as partner at Operae Partners.
