I am a Business Agility coach and trainer based in Finland.
I am originally from Spain and I lived in the UK for almost 3 decades.
What do you do for a living?
My niece think I just spend the day talking to people in Zoom. She's quite right, although sometimes it is also in Teams.
What are you going to talk about at FlowCon?
How we can make enormous improvements to our delivery experience by paying more attention and tackling the things in our work that cause delay and wait.
What are you the proudest of?
Surviving Finnish winters. They are amazing, but 6 months of sub-zero temperatures are a real challenge.

Yaneer Bar-Yam or Gary Hamel would be awesome
