Who are you?
My current role is Head of Software discipline at Thales.
Former researcher and associate professor, I dedicated most of my professional life building software products as a developer, architect and engineering manager.
I continuously explore new ways of working, new technologies, new challenges and try to connect the dots to bring more or less disruptive changes that will bring value to my teams, users and customers.
What do you do for a living?
I focus on my Engineering Management role at Thales and sometimes gives lectures about software craftsmanship in engineering schools.
What are you going to talk about at FlowCon?
I want to share about the prompting techniques and ways to support related digital transformation to enable further teams.
What are you the proudest of?
Having achieved my life long dream of obtaining a PhD in artificial intelligence and making my best to create memorable projects and successes year after year.

About communication, there is never enough of it.
